How to request a spec sheet update

What is a spec sheet?

Synapse provides an easy-to-understand program overview to each platform prior to going live. This enables both parties (you and us) to be on the same page with the product and service offerings. This is also very helpful when regulators have questions about certain programs as it provides an overview of controls and flows of funds, among other details.
We call this program overview a Spec Sheet.

Making changes to spec sheets

Sometimes you may need to request a change to your spec sheet. The Synapse customer support team can assist.
Step 1 - Download the form attached to this article.
Step 2 - Submit a request to the support team and attach the form with details on what you'd like to be changed. Our Compliance team will review the request and update you accordingly.
