Question
How Can I Determine What KYC is Missing?
Answer
Before you can determine what is missing, you must know what is required. See 'How Can I Determine The CIP KYC Requirements For A User?' if you haven't already.
Expand each section to see where to find the different types of KYC already uploaded.
By knowing what KYC is required and what KYC is currently uploaded, you should be able to determine what is missing for your individual case!

The user's Account Type can be found by searching the user & checking on the Basic Information pane.
To see individual document types, go to the 'Documents' tab and locate 'entity_type' under the base doc for each document.
