How Can I Determine What KYC is Missing?

Answer

Before you can determine what is missing, you must know what is required. See 'How Can I Determine The CIP KYC Requirements For A User?' if you haven't already.

 

Expand each section to see where to find the different types of KYC already uploaded.

 

By knowing what KYC is required and what KYC is currently uploaded, you should be able to determine what is missing for your individual case!

Find The User's CIP Tag
The user's CIP tag can be found by searching for the user & checking on the Basic Information pane.

Determine if The User Is Personal Business or Joint
The user's Account Type can be found by searching the user & checking on the Basic Information pane.



To see individual document types, go to the 'Documents' tab and locate 'entity_type' under the base doc for each document.

The image above shows that the 'Test User' is the UBO, listed as a Male. The image below shows the Business Entity listed as "BE User" under an LLC entity type.

Review The Current Physical, Social, and Virtual Documents
To see what KYC documents a user already has uploaded, go to the 'Documents' tab on the user profile. Here you will see the different types of KYC organized into expandable sections for each document associated with the user.
Determine The User's Trust Level (If Applicable)
To see what a users's trust level is, go to the 'Documents' tab on the user profile.
Determine The User's Tier (If Applicable)
To see what Tier a user is, go to the 'Documents' tab on the user profile.
