Oops, you've made a bad transaction. Whatever the reason, don't panic. If your transaction is in the 'CREATED' status you can still cancel it.
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Transactions' tab. Select the transaction in question. This can be from your account page (for your transactions) or from your insights page (for gateway transactions).
As long as the transaction is still in the 'CREATED' phase, the transaction can still be canceled.
Transactions that are processing or settled cannot be canceled.
Step 2: Click 'Cancel' to cancel the transaction.
Step 3: Click 'Continue' to cancel the transaction.
The transaction should now be marked as canceled.
