Card Issuance: Collateral Templates

You can customize the carrier, inserts, envelopes and stickers that arrive with your card. Below are some guidelines to get you started, but if you have something more custom in mind, let us know.

Carrier
Carrier Template attached.

• Carriers should have the address and card on the same side of the carrier.
• Finished folded size for letters is 8.5”X 3.67” (Standard). Minimum size required 5.5”X3”.
• Carriers are all printed on 70# paper.
• Should you wish to include inserts in addition to your carrier, we can do so on normal white paper, semi-gloss or bright color paper.  We stay away from gloss paper as it tends to smear.

Envelope
Envelope Template attached.

• This is optional. Default envelopes are white.
• Do not include any identifying brand marks (per PCI requirements)
• Keep the metering & postage sections white.
• The envelope ID (bottom left) can backdrop to white if desired.
• Refrain from placing a frame/outline around the window. This can cause movement of die onto the window.

Sticker
Sticker Template attached.

• Stickers are optional.
• Stickers can be in black/white or color.
• Either size works, but larger stickers are better if you want to include a lot of information.

Art Guidelines:

• Illustrator or InDesign is fine for carriers and inserts/brochures.
• Please send all linked files and fonts.
• Linked files must be either vector files and/or 300 DPI, CMYK Photoshop files.
