Card Issuance: Custom Plastic Card

Custom Plastic Cards are for platforms that wish to customize cards further than what is possible with Print on Demand. Please note that custom cards must be ordered in advance and held in inventory. Should you want to change elements required by Visa, a waiver will need to be submitted and approved.

The printers have the following plastic cores in stock for a minimum order of 5k cards. Additional colors will require a minimum inventory of 200k. (PMS Colors indicate the spot colors are closest to, not exact)

Personalization:

• Flat (see attached Flat Personalization Guide for horizontal or vertical personalization)
• Embossed (Embossing cannot be done on vertical cards or on the back of cards)

• Cardholder Name, Card Number, Expiration Date (Front or Back of Card)
• CVV (Back of Card)
• "DEBIT" or "BUSINESS DEBIT" (Front of Card)
• "AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE - NOT VALID UNLESS SIGNED"
• "This card is issued by Evolve Bank & Trust pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc" (Back of Card)
• Manufacturers information (ex: XXXXXXX X/XX cpi-co)

A  standard package includes a print on demand card, a one page carrier and a non-custom envelope. Other customizations may affect your pricing per card.
