This guide is intended to help new platforms to get onboarded on Synapse.
1. Go to the Signup Page on the Synapse Dashboard and supply information and click on Continue.
2. Follow the Onboarding flow to register yourself for the Synapse production environment.
3. Link your billing account then click Create and then Save & Next.
4. Pick features you are going to be launching with and then create appropriate deposit accounts.
5. Upload all relevant business documents.
6. Supply your individual KYC.
7. Sign the Platform Acknowledgement Form
Thats it! After these steps are finished, a Customer Success Manager from Synapse will reach out to you shortly.
