A user needs their KYC Docs updated - Can Synapse Support update this User's Docs for me?

No, Synapse Support does not update a User's PII or KYC Docs.
This could make Synapse liable if the User's information is updated incorrectly or without proper verification.
If a platform needs to update a User's information, they should do using any of the following processes.
- Have the user update their information directly on their app.
- Update their PII or KYC Doc on the dashboard or via API.
- To update the User's Docs via API, you will PATCH the user with the endpoint linked here
- To update the User's Docs via the dashboard, you will need to sign in as the user and then edit the User's Docs
