How do I check for invalid virtual KYC docs?

You can check by checking the Virtual Docs section of the user under the documents tab.

  1. Search the user on the Users Tab.
  2. Go to their 'Documents'
  3. Filter for "Virtual Docs"

If a certain type of Virtual KYC is invalid, it will be reflected here for a given document.

Generally, the main reason Virtual KYC is marked invalid is due to a name mismatch.

Due to this, it is vital to ensure the legal name used to register the user is exactly how their legal name would appear in the virtual document.
